Our leadership team helps steward the mission Rose Diggs began in 2016: serving foster, adopted, and at-risk children through practical programs, community partnerships, and consistent care.

Rose Diggs founded Down 7 Up 8 in 2016 after years of fostering children in Georgia. She has provided short- to medium-term housing for more than 300 children and leads the organizations mission to help foster, adopted, and at-risk children rise.
